What types of preventative treatments or vaccinations does my dog need?

For the safety of all our canine guests, we require proof of current flea/tick prevention, as well as up-to-date vaccinations: Rabies, Distemper (DHPP, DHLPP, DAPP,) and Bordetella. We also ask you to complete a liability form. Safety first, fun second! Paper or electronic format accepted.
